Elliott William Feith, 28, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died Saturday, January 18, 2025 in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born on April 30,1996 and is the son of John and Beth Feith of Dyersburg. Elliott was a 2018 Graduate of the University of Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and was employed by Disposable Dependable Services. Elliott loved the great outdoors, music and his friends. When those three intersected it was going to be a great day. However, most of all, he loved his family and his pets. Elliott was kind, helpful and a friend to all. His smile was contagious, and his personality put everyone at ease while his sense of humor often left you speechless and in disbelief of such a quick wit. Elliott leaves behind stories and experiences that would fill volumes, and he leaves behind, as well, an enormous group of family and friends who love him so much.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2025, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Dr. Mary Beth Bernheisel with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.

She was also a former LPN at Dyersburg Manor, where she loved taking care of people. Her family, grandchildren, and her dog were the center of her world. She enjoyed watching dirt track racing and playing Bingo.

In his free time, he enjoyed studying and repairing watches, knew much about classic cars and loved time spent with his dogs, even spoiling them at times.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Emily Rice-Wilson, his father, Thomas Lee Wilson, Sr. his brother, Terry Wilson & wife AnnMarie, his sons Thomas Lane Robinson, Calvin Wilson, Benny Wilson, his daughter, Shelby Wilson and was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. He also leaves his aunts, Susan Osborne, Nancy Bell and Joyce Ann Wilson and uncle Daniel Wilson. He is preceded in death by his mother, Paula Osborne Wilson and uncle, Robert "Bobby" Wilson.

Mr. Daniel "Danny" Hershall Simmons, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Jackson-General Hospital. Danny was born September 18, 1961 to the late Ira & Carolyn Simmons. Danny was a 1979 graduate of Dyersburg High School and later Memphis State University where he studied criminal justice. Early in his career, he worked in Juvenile Court and as a reserve deputy for the Shelby County Sheriff's Department and as a reserve officer in Panama City FL. Later, he helped manage the Mississippi Medical News publication and was involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, then moving into sales and consulting for Bassett Furniture and Lay-Z-Boy. More recently he worked in sales for the BathFitter company. He is fondly remembered for his love of U of M sports.

Danny is survived by his long-time canine companion, Gretl, his brother and sister-in-law, Wilburn & Susan Simmons and niece, Amanda Simmons, all of Cordova, TN as well as his aunt and many cousins. He also leaves behind many treasured friends, co-workers and classmates. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ira Simmons III and Carolyn Cook Simmons.

He proudly served in the United States Army and Army reserve. He was a Baptist by faith and well thought of in the Finley community, helping others with his mechanical and handyman skills. He enjoyed family gatherings and time with his grandchildren, as well as Bingo and card games with friends. He lived a very active life and is remembered by the saying " A busy mind isn't a worrying mind."

Luke is survived by his son, James "Bubba" Stanford of Finley, his daughters Teresa Jackson (Richie) of Dyersburg and Melissa (Dewayne) Brooks of Finley, a bonus-son, Les Box and is greatly loved as "Papaw" by his grandchildren, Joni Ballinger (Brandon), Brad Brooks (Alison), Jill Patterson (Adam), Jonathan Brooks (Katie), Jamie Stanford (Katherine), Jared Jackson (Jenna) and Kristian Stanford and his great-grandchildren, Brody Ballinger, Braylee Butterworth, Finley Brooks, Cade Patterson, Ben Ballinger, Neyland Brooks, Addie Brooks and Graham Brooks. Ms. Deborah Jean Sims, 69, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at Encompass Health & Rehabilitation in Jackson, TN.

She was born on July 24, 1955 in Chicago, IL to Lavert Sims & Elaine Morong. Deborah worked for many years for the Tennessee Department of Corrections in the commissary of Northwest Correctional in Tiptonville. She loved any time spent with her children, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed travel to places like California, Ohio and Mexico and was a fan of Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Mr. Robert Ray Kelley, of Tiptonville, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024 at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital. Robert was born May 13, 1950 to the late Robert & Frances Kelley. Robert spent most of his life working as a self-employed auto mechanic, something he was well known for and his ability to fix almost anything. He was drafted to serve in the United States Army during the Viet Nam War and put his skills to use as a wheeled vehicle mechanic. He was a hard worker and was devoted to his family. He enjoyed trips to nearby casinos with friends, fishing and ATV riding in his younger years and loved time spent with his dog, LuLu.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Selena Hutcheson, of Tiptonville, his brothers Buford Kelley, Richard Kelley, sisters Bonnie Jones, Lois Birdwell, Martha Dial, Verla Stairs, Judy Faulkner, Charlene Bargery and Teresa Walton and his three grandchildren, Courtney & Ava Hutcheson and Christina Faith Striffe and many nieces & nephews.
